We’ve all felt that way. Where you just sit…and wonder. What to do, what to do? I feel like that all the time, and here’s a list I’ve compiled for some help against the big problem; boredom.
1) Talk to Yourself.
Trust me, I’ve tried it and it works like a charm. Talking to yourself is basically like a having a friend around you there all the time. One that is very similar to you, in ways exactly the same. Talking to yourself can also be fun, just make sure you don’t do it in public. Or you’ll lose all your friends.
2) Eat Something
Eating something always gets me out of it. I usually make something like a sandwich or nutella covered apples (try it, you don’t regret it). Eating also passes the time well, a great boredom medicine.
Yeah, I’m not kidding. Get in your room and sing. Loud and whatever song you like. Its fun, you feel like a rock star and express yourself. Just don’t drive the neighbors away.
4) Take a Shower
Taking a shower does three things. Pass time, get rid of smelly odors, and relax you. Its calming and soothing, just standing there. Calming indeed. Mixable with #3
